Dalton Perrine Wins March OCG OPEN

The March OCG OPEN was held this past Saturday, March 29th. Nine players competed in the 4 round, USCF rated event.
Congratulations to Dalton Perrine (2019), who set himself apart from the competition with a perfect score of 4 points. En route to his route, Dalton handily defeated the likes of Lucas van Beuzekom (1935) and Adam Miller (1868), the second and third highest rated players there.
While Todd Durham (1775) finished in second place with 2.5, Lucas and Adam tied for third along with Lucas' father, Roderic van Beuzekom (1113). Roderic deserves a honorable mention, for pulling off upsets against James Timko (1400) and Adam Miller! Congrats to Roderic for raising his rating over 100 points!
While the tournament field was not the biggest we have seen, the tournament was very competitive and exciting! OCG will be running tournaments on every Saturday in April and May. Please click on tournaments to see the schedule.
